Run as fast as you can away from this apartment. The vacumm cleaner Stan whom actually resides there peeps through your windows on the bottom floor. Once I was able to move I have spoken with another tenant I know who is having the same experience and they do not want to cause waves BC they are immigrants but they have put up a security camera outside their window. As well say hi to cockroaches as well as bed bugs. My review is coming from !iving there for 6 long years. Way too many. Trust me I advocated for other tenants moving out prior to me. I'm about to go to rentals men as OF COURSE they are grasping at straws but the thing is they can say I left a mess however I had not and that's not illegal but what's going on there certainly is. As well turaniche also allows groups of immigrants into a two bedroom apartment for a few months but the thing is this is illegal. I was made privy to that by Stan. I think that's illegal.

This is the biggest joke of a property management company you could ever stumble upon. All they do is try to fleece you out of money, using often illegal means. Absolutely do not ever use these guys and do not let them pull illegal tactics.(etc "professional cleaning)

Kelly has been more than accommodating to me. The property I'm in is maintained to very high standard. Rent is reasonable and the people are great. I think any negative comments should be directed to property owners and not Turanich.

I didn't expect this company could be so dishonest with me and my family. When we decided to move out of the rented apartment we cleaned everything so the condo was cleaner than when we moved in. We even rented a professional vacuum and vacuumed all the carpets, as it was mentioned in the contract ("..carpets must be professionally cleaned"). But...the building manager wanted the receipt for carpet's cleaning, even if it isn't in the contract. And she (building manager) refused to give our deposit back. Photos and videos made when we moved in to show how worse it was didn't help. Absolutely do not recommend this company! Avoid them as much as possible!

Highly Recommend Turanich Management Company to everyone. We moved into our townhouse back in 2014. There was just a house and nothing outside. They put a lot of work and continue to work very hard in order to manage our complex to the highest standard, keep our exterior, landscaping and all other common areas in great shape. Very responsive, take our questions seriously and address them very quickly. Had an opportunity to meet an owner some time ago, George Turanich, he was friendly and professional. I believe it was on weekend(Saturday), but he was working and making sure that our complex is fully ready for winter season! Management team is also very friendly, quick in replying questions and addressing concerns. Dan ( Manager/caretaker) is available to help any time. Also I want to thank Brenden Turanich(Manager). He is very professional, friendly,positive,patient and competent in what he does and in communicating with people. Initially I didnt have time to get a better understanding how everything works when you live in a complex. I had many questions to ask. Brenden didnt hesitate to spend a lot of time answering my questions, explaining many aspects of living in a townhouse community. Thank you so much for your patience and response. Thank you guys for your hard work. It is highly appreciated.
