Just sad Ive seen this guys vacant properties on Russell road for 6months+ and always wondered why it was empty - well the owner is a complete animal hater; even when willing to sign a 2 year lease wont consider any furry family members over a chihuahua size. His reply to why he wouldnt rent to me sorry, cant help you out. But you sound like a nice pet owner lol. What?

I want to give the company Zero ! It charged me two months deposit $3120 for renting its house because I just came to Canada and didnt know the law and rules! After we canceled the contract, she only returned me $950 and charged me over $2000! Its totally unlawful! I believe the boss will pay for their frauds and cheating one day!

I have read mixed reviews, but in my personal experience I have had nothing but positive interactions with the owner and all staff. Any issues I've had have been dealt with very quickly and professionally with a more than satisfactory outcome (even during Covid). They all care about their tenants, pets and the property itself.

We have been renting here for a year and we are so happy with our home. The move in process was relatively easy and we got our keys as expected. Our walk through was thorough and formal. We've had minimal issues and whenever we've had a fix, Rob has been very accommodating and always addresses any repairs quickly. Love the Silverwood neighborhood as it's quiet and close to amenities. Highly recommend this rental company!
