A Great Agent that you don't want to miss I was shock to learn that Carmen don't have a google review set up. so i am very lucky to be her first one, Carmen just helped us to purchase our dream home, and we received our key on Dec 1st 2021. don't want to sound too crazy, but i could said this is what you could expect from Carmen when you choose her to be your agent. 1. professional + responsive, weekend , after work hour , if you have question and you want to know answer fast, e-mail , text, phone, Carmen will get back to you the same day, even if she doesn't have the answer, she call you anyway. she just always keep you in the loop, which I really appreciated, 2. Carmen is very detail and she take note on what you said, next thing you know , she is already have the report card of the house ready for you to review. and don't be surprised, if she show up with a champagne + glass. 3. Carmen is been in business for long time, so she have great contact from Lawyer, to home inspection , contractor. we have used all 3 of her contact to help us for the purchase, each one of them is professional and great value. Thanks to Carmen always being available no matter what time of day or day of the week, the whole process of buying in a very hectic market went very smoothly.I found Carmen to be a seasoned professional with analytical skills not usually found in real estate agents. She shares her in-depth analysis of local market trends, comparables and pricing strategy to educate her client. Her enthusiasm is evident in all aspects of her relationship and her attention to detail is superb. Carmen was a pleasure to work with.
