When life gives you lemons, call Morwenna Sutter. My family decided to relocate to Saskatchewan, so we found Morwenna and she was amazing. She gave us a thorough virtual tour of the house and was completely honest about everything, not trying to make a quick sale. She offered help with anything should help us with. We lived in the house for about 4 months and life threw us a curveball that required us to move again. We called Morwenna. She handled the resale of our house effortlessly. Morwenna made one the most stressful points in our life much more manageable. I am by no means experienced in buying Real Estate and needed all the help I could get. Morwenna surpassed any expectations we had and made buying a home/acreage fast, efficient, and as stress free as possible. We recently purchased a property Morwenna had listed. We were looking to relocate to Saskatchewan and Morwenna was tremendously helpful through the entire buying process. She was easy to deal with and made herself available. A tip to any out of province purchaser is to have a deposit of less than $10k as Saskatchewan is somewhat difficult to deal with business wise. Not nearly as easy as Ontario realty but got completed none the less.
