We contacted James to help us buy an apartment in Saskatoon. We were not in Canada at that time and his daily property referrals helped us look at dozens of properties to zero in. When we finalized on one property, due to COVID everything was done online. He managed the offer and counter offers and we were able to get a reduction in the asking price from the seller. James helped us overcome challenges that the lender bank imposed even when the seller would not agree to any changes to the sale after the offer was accepted. The Stress went till almost the last week before the closing when finally James was able to resolve everything. James is a professional and we would recommend him for anyone looking for a realtor.
