Rick is a fantastic realtor! I was referred to him through a friend and couldnt be happier! He made the time work to show me listings that werent even his own. We put an offer in on the first house we viewed in the same day! He is very kind and down to earth. Not pushy at all! He handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Rick, even referred an inspector and dealt with booking and meeting us there to relay messages to the owners. He made everything so easy and stress free! Rick was extremely responsive from day one. I contacted Rick on a Thursday and he met me the next day. He did a comparison study of the homes in the area. I found his professional manner reassuring as this was my first sale of a home on my own. His guidance made my downsizing not as stressful as I thought it would be. Rick also gave me a contact for pet friendly apartments. The move and sale are now behind me and I am very thankful for Rick and Remax for helping move on with the next chapter in my life!
