Monique is personable, always makes herself available and she is extremely knowledgeable. I cant imagine how we would have found the home we did, and in such a competitive environment without her. She was on top of every detail, she answered all questions quickly and was a calm, reassuring guide through the entire process. As first-time home buyers we didnt really have any idea how to go about choosing a realtor. Monique was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, and it was best thing that could have happened to us! Monique is a wonderful person who does everything she can to make the purchase of your home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She goes the extra mile every step of the way. There was a point in our home buying journey where my significant other and I needed to just take a break from looking at houses and just revaluate our goals for our first home. Monique was super accommodating and didnt push us at all to keep looking and let us come back at our own speed. She was always on the look out for houses she thought we would be interested in and when one would pop up and we wanted to take a look at it she was really quick with booking a viewing to make sure that in this competitive market we would at least get the chance to see the house. As first-time home buyers we never really knew exactly what to be looking for when we were going through a viewing, Monique helped so much with the vast experience she has in the field and from personal home reno experience. She would point out small things we wouldve missed and helped us make a super informed choice. And because of all of that extra information, when we finally settled on the house we wanted we knew it was a solid choice.
