However, with Gregg's excellent guidance and quick actions, we were able to successfully purchase our dream home, with our dream yard, in our dream neighborhood. Not only did Gregg help us find our forever home, he also led the swift, one-week sale of our previous house without compromising any of our needs or wants. Greg kept us in the loop every step of the way and went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and even helping us take away some excess recycling on possession day. Our wish for a beautiful backyard wedding will finally be coming true, and it would not have been possible without the exceptional service provided by Gregg and his team. I cannot recommend Gregg enough! My partner and I were a little scared about the whole process since it was our first time. Gregg walked us through and made sure we were informed and comfortable about everything. The market was a little slow and not many properties we liked were available but Gregg was persistent in finding us the perfect home. We appreciated his honesty and unsolicited advice when looking at all the different properties. If you're looking for someone who is professional, honest and trustworthy Gregg is the one!

I had some highly detailed requirements for a house and Ryan (and his team) kept providing me with viewings and options until we found the perfect one. Through all the bumps in the road, Ryan and his team were there to support me in the purchase and advise me of common mistakes and proper procedure. He went above and beyond in helping me problem solve when it came to working with insurance and the existing owner of the home. He was always patient and willing to answer my questions even if I had asked them not even the week before. Great crew.
