Brad Chisholm is an excellent Realtor! He helped me purchase my first Multifamily building in Saskatchewan. He was patient, helped me resolve issues as they came up such as financing and insurance, and he answered the phone every time I called, whether it was 7am or 10pm! Brad is super kind and has great customer service. Hes very knowledgeable in buying residential and commercial real estate! He knows the Saskatoon and Regina markets very well but also knows how to deal with Real Estate in small towns in Saskatchewan! I recommend Brad for anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate in Saskatchewan! He is an expert!

Brad has been awesome to work with! Ive heard a lot of horror stories of some realtors out there and he was just a dream! He was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and easy going. He did not leave you waiting for answers, he always checks in with you and updates you on the processes. Quick to respond with any questions you might have. I highly recommend him if youre trying to sell your home, or if youre looking for a home. He helps people with investment properties as well.

Brad does not deal in the abstract. He knows the market, market conditions and what it takes to create the perfect buy/sell situation. He has experience. Brad helped me sell my house in Saskatoon in a record 4 days....at my required price. I would recommend Brad.
