Ellen was a dream to work with from start to finish. She made buying our first home during a stressful time a fun experience. She was very patient with us while we looked at many homes to get a feel for what we were looking for - and she learned our individual tastes to help with her recommendations. She is a wealth of knowledge due to her time in the industry and personal connections. Any questions we had about the development or specs of a house she could find out in minutes. Even after the deal was closed she has still been readily available to recommend contractors for projects around the house. We would recommend her to anyone and will for sure use her in the future if we ever decide to move on to a new dream home.

Ellen took over as our realtor in November after our house had been on the market for over a year. She brought with her the dream team of professionals that worked day and night to evaluate, paint, fix, update, shingle, and stage our home with the grand finale a beautiful video (made me cry) that portrayed the essence of our home to potential buyers. To say she has energy and enthusiasm is an understatement. Our daily calls and to do list left me exhausted and her inspired and excited to sell our home. Ellen is truly the Energizer Bunny vibrating on high frequency. Ellen goes above and beyond for her clients including lending one of her prized art pieces to our living room as the piece de resistance that she was sure would bring luck and sell our home. Her communication was exceptional, updating us before and after each showing and providing feedback in a kind, informative, and gentle manner. Ellen has such a positive aura about her that leaves her clients reassured and calm. She had our listing for just two months, and it was SOLD near the end of December. She walked side by side with us through this process, with so much love and support. What could have been a stressful time, was magical and ended in such JOY for us.
