Paul recently helped us buy our first house, and we would definitely recommend Paul and Jerry to anyone! He was always able to work with our schedules and provided great advice on all the options without ever pushing us. He listened to our needs and is a strong believer in not buying more house than you can afford-- no "upselling" here! He had great recommendations for the other professionals involved in the process too-- we were particularly happy with the home inspector he pointed us at, who discovered an issue with the first house we put an offer on that could have cost us ~20K. We also appreciated his negotiating acumen! We are now in a solid house in a great location well within our budget with minimal hassle and can't think of anything that could have been improved!
