When I realize I had to find a realtor quickly to sell my first home, given the fact I moved to Toronto and only had two weeks in Saskatoon, Jon Aschenbrener came to the rescue! Jon was willing to meet with me as soon as I contacted him and within a few days of meeting with me, we had the house listed on the market. He was very fast and efficient, providing feedback on how I could prep the house to help with the sale and was open to any questions I had regarding the house sale. His ability to understand my wants and needs regarding the sale displayed strong skills of listening, as well as empathy - which I really appreciated. John's speed and efficiency in his approach, marketing strategy, along with his communication skills led to an amazing outcome of the house being conditionally sold over-asking within 5 days. Jon's communication abilities were truly appreciated throughout the entire process. He quickly proved to be a confidante and someone who was willing to have difficult conversations with stakeholders affiliated with the sale. I felt like I was really supported and being taken care of from a service perspective. Nothing like having a stress-free real estate sale! Not only Jon was quick and efficient with the house sale, but also his warmth towards working with disabled people made working with him a real treat. He was accessible with communication due to the fact I was not able to hear on the telephone. In closing, working with Jon was a perfect experience.
