Hearth Restaurant

We arrived without a reservation and were still accommodated for brunch. The serving staff were friendly and polite. Both meals were very good; creamy borscht, tasty croque madame and fries, a roast beef sandwich with the perfect combo of flavors and consistencies and the rose lemonade was mild and refreshing. I would love to return soon and try their dinner menu. This time I'll be sure to make a reservation at this delicious and very popular restaurant.

The person we had serving us was very good. He was personable and helpful. The anacini (hope I remembered that right) was good. After that it went down hill. The food was mediocre and not worth the price tag. I was quite hungry still after eating. My fianc orders this chicken leg thing and the skin was disgustingly soggy. It wasnt worth the money. The view was ok. The water isnt served cold which is ridiculous. The Caesar was so so. The menu seemed small and kind of limited. Sorry but not up to the hype at all.

Food is delicious! Cocktails delicious! You have to get the mushrooms and for dessert the sticky toffee pudding. Appreciate the mocktail options as well. Only criticism is the strange booth table height/stool height. The person on the booth side is fine but the person in the chair may have numb hands by the end of the meal.

Great service, lovely decor and ambiance. Food is nice but generally not the best value. For example, adding "grilled tomatoes" to your traditional breakfast for $5 yields you 7 grilled cherry tomatoes on the plate. Not really what I'm hoping for when I see grilled tomatoes on a brunch menu. Anyway they have a few really hit it out of the park items on their dinner menu but brunch is hopefully a work in progress for them! Excited about the new location and what's to come for this place.
