This is my 2nd year having my taxes prepared at Willow Point. I've found the staff are quick to respond to any of my questions. I'll be back next year

After Willow Point having our tax papers for 1 month, the return was done incorrectly & when asked to fix it (which should've been a priority), it didn't get done, along with our 2 other returns that needed to be processed. I was willing to over look the "human error" but after numerous phone calls, staff refusing to put me in touch with Rebecca, ignored emails, and getting a complete run around - My husband and I were done. After we gave 3 referrals to family and friends (of which, 2 we know were messed up), and 3 years of being loyal customers, we are done. We will not be back.

Easy to upload documents, friendly and efficient staff. Will be filing my taxes here every year!
