H&R Block

Booked an appointment for 9:00am. I arrive and nobody is there except the receptionist. Wait 25 minutes to be told they can call me when someone gets in. I get a call about 12:00. My return is done relatively quick after another person had to come and correct the mistakes. And then find out its $100 for my simple return that took 20 minutes. If their time is worth $300 an hour youd think theyd bother to keep an appointment.

Needed some help with filling a form out and booked an appointment and staff seemed less than interested in helping me. Gave all my info, and was told the file would be worked on next week. Ive waited an entire month to hear nothing back. Ive phoned numerous times and always get put on hold with a receptionist who seems less than enthused to deal with customers. No email, no phone call about my time sensitive documents. Ended up just doing said task by myself at home. Disappointed to say the least, I understand tax season is busy, but an entire month for a document? I wont ever file with H&R block again.

The customer service at primrose was outstanding, thanks to Jayne. I've never had a more professional experience while doing my taxes. She helped us with ours, and our return came very fast.
