I went to the Sasktel Stonebridge store to look at options for a new phone. There was a sale on so it was very busy. My wife and I met with Shane and he was terrific. We are not tech-savvy at all and Shane took the time to explain everything simply and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also followed up with me 2 days later to see if I had any questions. Excellent experience.

march 10-2023, AJ prices out samsung galaxy A53,, with my existing monthly talk + text plan, at $150 for phone purchase plus $50 for activation _--Decide that's OK -- he doesn't have any in stock -- he phones downtown store and they put a 24 hour hold on one for me -- March 11-2023, go downtown to purchase the phone and price is over $500 there - Go back to AJ and he admits that he made a mistake on price - SASKTEL SUCKS

Went in yesterday to try purchasing the iPhone I want - was told they had it in stock. My name was added to the wait list and was told it would be about 30 minutes until an employee was available and to wait for them to call. I waited in the area for 1.5 hours before I finally just left. Never got a call from them before they closed. The process for this could be improved - either give more accurate wait times or call people when its realized they wont be seen that day so you dont waste someones time.
