Patricia was amazing to deal with. The ease of switching from one carrier to Telus was so smooth. Patricia worked extremely quick and the communication with us was amazing.

I stopped by last week to inquire about a new phone, Patricia helped me out and told me about the EPP and found out I was eligible. Today we stopped in to get new phones and Athena helped us out. She was knowledgeable and patient when on the phone with Telus to sort out some issues. Were very happy with the customer service.
