I haven't stopped coming back since I signed up about 3 years ago. I started at the Stoneridge location but Evergreen is as fun and good since the coaches rotate in both! All the trainers and owner(s) are amazing. They have great energy, are encouraging, and keep you fit as much as you want as well! The workouts (F45) is well known around the world! You have to try it!

Highly recommend F45! I was very nervous to start coming here as I thought I wasnt fit enough. Not having much experience with a gym before made it even more challenging to take the plunge to come. Boy was I wrong! Amazing atmosphere, exceptional coaches who fix your form and help you every step of the way. Each work out is different which makes it even more fun. They have a 7 day trial you can try which ever classes you want before signing up for a membership! Very happy to say F45 is my gym. Lisa King
