        Horrendous experience. Inquired about getting an extremely old family heirloom re-upholstered. The owner, Mark, was incredibly condescending and talked to me like my questions and concerns were silly and stupid. I tried to speak to a different employee but his wife Lynne was just as rude and arrogant. I had heard a few stories about how the owner and his family speak and treat to people poorly but now I know for myself. Just look at the owner's sarcastic response to another review, mocking him about using the Internet. Embarrassing. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.
