        Tried to rent a uhaul on mckercher, the guy running it was so unprofessional. He had his TV blaring, made me wait while he answered his cell phone, yelling at someone over the phone..

        rented a uhaul for a quick move ,supposed to be 40-60 dollars .A couple weeks later charged my card again .Total was over 150 dollars. move was less than 4 hours ,filled up gas tank did the self checkout thing and made sure everything was proper .Felt completly taken advantage of.Complained to Uhaul and was ignored. Not just bad experience ,I felt robbed.

        i phoned at uhaul meckercher to ask info and prices. the staff who assisted me is so rude. his name is max, he raised his voice and he said he has another customer to deal with, if i asked the prices he raised his voice. he dropped the phone to me. such a unethical staff that can contaminate the company.
