Guy in a suit should lose his job. He wouldnt give me a rental car last time because I would be dissatisfied with it. I was not belligerent or rude. I just asked why the pricing was so high. And then we had a discussion back and forth on pricing. There were no cursing or insults just a conversation. Fast forward to todays date of the 10-April-23 I have to show up again because the dealership deals with this location. As soon as I walk in he says oh look its you again. And I simply said can I deal with someone else please. He then proceeded to say he will not do business with me and I have to leave. He then lied to the dealership and said I came in and starting cursing them out and thats why they would not to business with me which in fact is not true. Why would I lie about this and have my face attached to this review if it was true. Terrible service this guy has some kind of issue with me for some reason; most people would call this discrimination I have never had an issue with any other enterprise location and have experienced great customer service except from this location.
