I scheduled a vehicle reservation at this location and it was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. It started with being accused of being 1.5 hours late when I was exactly on time for the pickup time I scheduled with the call center. From there I was told there was no SUVs available (which is what I had scheduled). When it came time to put the debit deposit down I was initially told they would only take a credit card deposit (I had already confirmed with the call center that debit could be accommodated), when I pushed back the attendant asked what the call center told me the price would be to which I explained I was told $50. The attendant than told me it would be instead $300 (eventually they negotiated themselves down to $100 - the money is not the issue the misaligned expectations is the problem). Then we get to the additional protection/coverage upsell where after 2x "not interested" there was a final fear monger attempt where the likelihood of me being in a wreck was painted as almost inevitable. I than took a seat and watched a similarly poor experience take place with another customer, starting with them showing up for their reservation to be told it has fallen through. The overly assertive and accusatory approach of this attendant has ensured I will not be a recurring customer at this location.
