My girlfriend and I were Googling new apartments to rent in the Brentwood area and we landed on advents website. After contacting the property manager to view a place we were pleasantly surprised to receive a response, as most other property management companies never got back to us, but advent did so we figured we were off to a good start. After accommodating tight schedules we finally got to see the apartment at The Amazing Brentwood and we loved it. Our Property Manager was fast completing the background checks and putting the tenancy agreement together for us to sign. We finally found the right place and are more than thankful for advent's efficiency. Feeling blessed and happy, we love our new home and rental property managers. Thank you advent.

We were referred to Advent by family friends who work in the development industry. We signed up for full property management services as we were moving out of country. They have professional streamlined service from start to end. The documentation is clear and easy to understand, the photography for advertising my home was very well done, the marketing was excellent and the tenant placement process gave me peace of mind. I can recommend Advent with no hesitation based upon my personal experience. They are professional and understand the rental market very well. They are priced very competitively which goes a long way too.

Advent is very unprofessional. Many tenants wait for a very long time for service. They are known to have way too many clients thus leaving zero time for other clients. Their focus is to grow yet lack in customer service, the property managers are always busy and do not know how to prioritize work. And they DO NOT know the BC tenancy laws thus leaving clients liable for many legal costs. Advent is not advantage is disADVENTage. Home Listing will create a new Property Management company focusing on clients and offering 50% off the first year fee for our brokerage fees. We will give you the right Advantage and not a disadvantage.

I saw Advent's advert on the side of the buses in downtown Vancouver, I mean, how can you miss them! Sent them an email about renting my 1 bedroom apartment in the Classico in Coal Harbour. I had already done some research on their website and seen they had already rented multiple apartments in my building, so that gave me peace of mind. I started out with a simple tenant placement then decided I didn't need the hassle of managing my own tenancy, so I signed up for full property management services. It's been several months of ongoing management and I'm happy with my current setup collecting rent and letting Advent manage the property for me. I go with their recommendations when repairs are needed as they have the trades to take care of the job for me. Pretty happy all round and consider them worth the money.
