Best walk in experience Ive ever had. Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors were very friendly, professional and treated me with dignity and respect. I decided to come in here after a friend recommended it to me since I had been sick with strep throat for the last 4 days, And had a horrible experience with a doctor at a different clinic who refused to give me medication and told me I didnt have symptoms even though I had a fever for two days, body aches, swollen lymph nodes and visibly red and swollen tonsils with white spots on them etc. He told me I had to wait five days for the results to come back from the lab before they would give me medication even though when I had previously had strep throat, they didnt wait for lab results and got me started on antibiotics right away just to be safe. Anyways so The doctor I saw here was very compassionate towards me and gave me a prescription right away, even told me he was shocked the doctor from the other clinic said my throat looked normal when it was very visibly aggravated and infected. I know many doctors and nurses are overworked and under so much pressure and stress, so I have a lot of appreciation for healthcare providers who do their job so well and treat patience kindly.

I've had good experiences here before, but tonight I was treated pretty nastily by a woman who was working at the reception desk (middle age, long blond/brown hair). She was rude and unnecessarily mean.

Update your status symbol under the wait time webpage to at capacity or overcrowded exclamation mark if you are not accepting more patients. Theres a status section there for a reason.

They took very good care of me and were so kind with every step from front desk to the doctor visit and nurse follow up afterwards. Dr Lara Dutil-Fafard was so great & thorough throughout my visit. The numbering system for waiting, allowed me to return home and continue working for the afternoon then receive a text to return within 10 mins for my appointment ( I live close by). This was very convenient which I really appreciate and adds a level of service I've never experienced before. Thank you!
