They said they are going to call today at 3:30pm there was no call. Its already 6pm. Now we dont know what to do next. Is the call rescheduled? How is it going to be rescheduled if it is? Do we need to call tomorrow to reschedule? But our case is very urgent they said sadly now its in limbo. Dont know what to do. were just so sad and depressed.

Convenience of the location to my home does not outweigh the fact that they don't have any type of online system for patients to check their test results. Instead I am supposed to wait to hear from the doctor if there is a problem (I have never seen this doctor before and they do not know my health history!). I am looking for trends in some of my test results, and whether recent changes in medications have improved my condition. If I present myself there again, and make a fuss they may give me a hardcopy of the results. I will never use them again for testing.
