Professional and honest management. Things get maintained really well, little things like lights burning out in a hallway are replaced within a day. Really happy here

We are currently tenants of 277 Wellington Crescent. We are sharing our gratitude and appreciation to Joe and all his staff for all the prompt and excellent work they do. We would be lost without them.

My wife and I have lived at 277 Wellington Crescent since 2017 and will be renewing our lease for another year. We came from owning our own home for 30 years so our expectations were quite high. The building manager Joe and Caretaker Lawrence have gone above and beyond to make this building a great place to live. Joe's professionalism is even more evident during these trying Pandemic times. Thanks to Lawrence's efforts guests and friends of ours often comment on how clean the common areas are.

I am posting this review for my mother. She lives at 277 Wellington Crescent. "Hi my name is Dianne Kennaugh, I have lived in Wellington Arms for over 7 years. I recently renewed my lease for another year mostly because of the excellent work done here by the building manager Joe and because of the excellent work by Lawrence the care taker. I also appreciate the policy regarding pets. In my long years in the work force, I learned that some people excelled in administrative policies, while others excelled in inter personal relationships. A few people excel in both areas and is true for both Joe and Lawrence. I wish to give my commendation both Joe and Lawrence for their work. I will continue to live here while this level of work exists. Sadly during my over 7 years years living here this has not been the case for all of the building managers.
