        Absolutely terrible caretaker. No cleaning of the building for over two months, thousands of cigarette butts scattered all over the lawn, only cleaning that happened was a day or two before "towers inspection day".. then you saw things got done..Caretaker would normally communicate with tenants via text message, and would often send drunk, non-sensical messages.

        I am living this building almost two years now and I am satisfied. The caretake is working so hard to make sure that tenant is always happy.
