Horrible services. Water is being shut off for literally 10 hours straight for maintenance! Think before you lease.

I have been trying to respond to their add for a 1 bedroom. They don't call you back, they don't email. I finally got an email from the rent company telling me the person in charge of the rents is very busy. Still haven't heard from anyone! I am no longer interested.

If i can rate for 0 star i will definitely do it. Pool management.and what ever how u clean your suit.they still having so many excuse take yor down paid deposit when you leave. And the rental always increase for so many reasons. sorry, i truly not recommend here.

Manager was soooo rude, only smile when I paying my rental, was inspect my apartment 3 times a month, water was disgusting and had to put a filter on it.

I can't say i had a good experience in living in that building. Manager was really rude. It's good to have a gym room but equipments can't be more old.. Water... Please be prepared you will get brown smelly water in most of days of a week. Water was unexpected immediately to change to really hot water... For many times, I almost got burned. Imagine when you are rush to take a quick shower and get ready to go to work but you would have to deal with really hot water and spend time on trying everything you could to turn it to normal temperature during shower EVERY DAY!! how upset you will be? And manager only can say : well, the fluctuations can be expected when you complained. Well, I hope there negative point available for the review, and I will definitely give -5
