Pembina Place

Well i have to give one star otherwise i will never give single star to this management. This is THE WORST building i have ever lived in , they have mice all around in building and when we complaint about it they just say this is common all around city and they can not do anything .They are taking no strick action.. i feel sad for the tenants who are living here and have to face this worst problem. I dont know how they take so much of rent when they cant even take care of tenants health and safety.

Theresa was lovely, we lived here for about a year and no problems with the landlord. The building itself is a little outdated, though I believe I moved out before any major changes were made. They were able to replace out floors and counters for us which was awesome! Rent was raised too much, but hey, that's the way it is these days

DONT MOVE HERE!!! RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION RN!! They have hella black mold, mice and honestly horrible staff!

It doesn't worth it. Hydro monthly price is huge in winters since it doesn't have standard design and you need to heat it more than usual. Never step to this building!
