        We went to get some information about accounts and one of the advisors refused to give us much information, not even a pamphlet about their accounts. She just said to us "I don't think you know what a credit union is. This isn't a bank." Instead of educating us and telling us what it's about, we got rejected in the middle of lobby.

        Ok here goes my rant. The counter staff are fantastic. Their deposit policies are archaic. They have an ATM that allows cash deposits then puts a 5 plus day hold on said cash. If you are like myself and can't wait a week for cash to clear then this is not the credit union for you. Been with them for years and they continue to refuse to remove holds on cash then tell me it's because there isn't enough traffic....
