Worst service. Allowed a nephew police officer who's mom doesn't get along with me have access to my safety deposit box with his grandfather's POA. They took my current POA, & Evidence that would incriminate this officer .

Love this credit union, love the service, love the people. I have been with TD for many, many years. When I recently sold my house and was looking to buy a new condo, TD presented me with a mortgage offer that was heavily titled in their favour and they did absolutely nothing to encourage me to remain with them, nor were they willing to assist me despite 25 years of excellent history and me having investments with them. I was recommended to Lana at Access Credit Union, and not a word of a lie, within one hour, I had my mortgage completed. Lana looked after everything quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond doing so much more than TD even tried to do. I highly recommend this credit union and specifically this branch!

We have our first mortgage from here, friendly and helpful staffs with the right attitude to help and make progress for your application. I would recommend Sukki and Lana for mortgage related, they both are really nice and helpful.
