        I have physical disabilities, and was able to access this credit union easily? As its close to my home. This was why I chose it.

        My girlfriend just opened a bank account and had her first experience talking to a teller at this location, first time in her life having a bank account. Inserted her chip, didnt know to take it out and the teller said in a demeaning way "what does the machine say" rudely. Should have shown patience, yet did not and was belligerent. My girlfriend felt belittled by that particular staff member.

        there is one teller there who is very rude. She should take some classes on customer service or maybe just learn to be polite. had to give them one star because I cant post with zero stars
