I've been a client/member for...well... a loooong time and have always had top notch service. I have had numerous loans and mortgages over the years as well as doing most of my daily banking. The personal touch provided by the senior lender Trevor has been a steadfast 12/10. He in particular knows me, my financial circumstances and what I'm trying to achieve, unlike a bank I seldom do business with where the loans folks "put on their game face and tell you what the corporation wants" I get the real deal from Trevor. At the risk of blowing too much smoke up his butt :) I will add that all the staff are top notch. On a side note....The Manager has recently changed and I'm not familiar with him or his policies but if he's like the fabulous last manager (Mike) he will be great! So...long story short.... this is as good as it gets in the banking world...do business here or get 2nd class treatment elsewhere.
