        Very bad service. Especially one of the financial representative of the branch named Yifeng Suo. totally don't know what is respectful, trash.

        This branch on March 30th at 2pm had one teller working with a line up of 20+ people. At 230pm finally another staff came back to work. Then 10 mins later managers came to ask people in the line up if they needed help. This 2nd last day of the month and the bank should know its always busy with pensions, eia .

        This is a very ridiculous bank branch. They called me to take the credit card I applied for a year ago, and blamed me for not take it a year ago. I have been to visit them for take the card four or five times at that time,but they always cant find it. I had to re-apply for a new card at another bank branch, and now I am notified by them.Dont go there if you have other choices.
