        I have been a loyal CIBC customer for over 9 years.Have had mortgage of my house from CIBC.Visited their branch on Ellice Avenue for some work.Needed to use the washroom but was told no public washrooms.Not sure how they count their customers as public.Requested again but was dealt very rudely.The rep repeatedly said no public washroom.This is not what you after such long banking relation I am seriously annoyed by their treatment and is already moving all my accounts to other bank. Bye Bye CIBC
