        I had a telephone meeting booked with Wendy Hales. Wendy never called, emailed or even made any type of contact. CIBC has not been giving any type of support to low income clients and with the non communication attitude when booking an appointment to help with financial goals ignoring long term clients is not cool! I will be changing banks to TD end of may and I will not be thanking CIBC as they have never been there to help low income clients unless you make more than 50k a year. Thanks Wendy Hales for helping realize why I should have left CIBC a long time ago. Do not book with Wendy Hales.
