Excellent service both in the store with Jordan, and the admin staff. They were very attentive to our needs, always eager to help. Special kudos to Norm who did an excellent job with the installation. He was thorough ,patient and a good problem solver when required. We love the quality of the cupboards and the overall look which has updated our home. Now, I just have to convince my husband to tackle two bathrooms. I will need Norm patience for that. My husband and I would highly recommend this impressive team!

I live in northern Ontario, and getting product is incredibly expensive...when you can get it. After pricing a few places around Thunder Bay, I noticed JJ Cabinet Warehouse on the internet. Jordan returned my e-mail enquiry that day, answered all my questions professionally. After taking a few pictures of the old kitchen, Jordan put together some drawings with some suggestions. The cabinets were delivered flat packed, nothing missing or broken. Putting them together was easy. I would 100% recommend JJ Cabinet Warehouse for your cabinet needs. Value, professional and responsiveness...10/10. Attached are some pictures of the cabinets minus the countertops and backsplash.

I had an amazing experience with this company. After doing a lot of research on cabinet companies online through Google, Facebook, Instragram and Reddit I found JJ Cabinets. They are not like every other company. This company is like family, and they care about you getting the best service and product and being happy from start to finish. After reading a few positive reviews about Jordan in the JJ Cabinet Google reviews I figured I better give him a call. From the second I spoke with Jordan he was excited to hear about my project and turn my dream into a reality. It didn't just feel like business, and I could tell he cared to listen. So, I setup a free design consultation with him and within an hour or so while I was talking, he designed my dream tv media cabinets/wet bar and showed me on the computer. He also showed me what my vanity in my bathroom would look like. I was sold and then sent my General Contractor for my basement North Point Carpentry the details and the pre-liminary design. Curtis from North Point Carpentry said this design will definitely work and gave the approval to proceed to final design which I did. First impressions are so important and critical and thank you Jordan for going above and beyond to make my experience one I will never forget. I also want to thank the rest of the JJ Cabinets team because without you and coordinating with Jordan my project would never be possible. I have highly recommended your cabinets to my family and friends. I know this review is for JJ Cabinets but a big thank you to Curtis at North Point Carpentry who worked with me and Jordan to make sure these cabinets would work out perfectly. My countertops were through JJ Cabinets and supplied by Winnipeg Stonetops. Thank you to Jordan at JJ Cabinets for recommending them. Winnipeg Stonetops did a great job installing them. Thank you to Paula Walterson at K & A Wood Creations who designed my beautiful floating shelves. Paula was awesome to deal with. I have her building me a console table with recessed power outlet for my new basement and I'm looking forward to adding this piece of custom furniure. I have a tiny kitchen and Jordan's carefully thought-out designs really made the most of the space. The cupboards themselves look great, are super functional, feel solid and well-made, and I enjoy working in the kitchen now that everything has its spot. Installation went great and the collaboration on the counter top was also great. I would highly recommend the JJ Cabinet Warehouse team.
