Dollar Rent A Car

I've been trying for days to reach the manager who promised to call me back 6 days ago. I had a minor incident with the vehicle, which I wish to repair myself and I was not allowed to. I was supposed to be getting an estimate from the company which I've not received. Every time I call they have no idea what I'm talking about. I've left messages on several occasions .I've been promised a phone call back day after day yet no return call. I fear that company might go ahead and introduce their charges against my credit card and do things against my wishes without my consultation. I must say that the customer service at this location is lacking I hope that they can rectify the situation and make me a happy customer.

Quite rude I would say. Did not give me a price just said call tomorrow, seemed like he wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.
