Hertz Car Rental - Winnipeg International Airport

I rented car from hertz today May 8th at 9:32 and I was helped by front desk person- Ashif, who was extremely rude, he said I did not know my last name, he rolled his eyes, and closed his eyes with the frustration and anger 3 times. Hope employee gets better training on how to deal with the customers.

Worst service ever. Due to an accident, I called Emergency road service but could not get through for nearly two hours. In addition, I had Zero Deductible insurance, but I was charged a towing fee even though I requested a towing service at Emergency road service. It was close to $650. After that, I contacted customer service to confirm the charge, but they weren't willing to listen to me at all, and even when I contacted them, there was no response. I have rented a car in many countries around the world, but this is the first time I have received such a terrible response.

We had an accident, get insurance, we were in and out of Hertz so quickly, with a new vehicle, we didnt miss a thing during our trip.
