I never shop at H&M but I decided to buy a pair of jeans here and despite the fabric feeling thin and weak they survived a motorcycle wipe out without a tear or scuff. I was more shocked about the jeans surviving than me having crashed. Definitely gonna grab another pair. Their store layout is pretty messy though. Things are just kinda scattered around so you have to look at everything to find what you want.

Went with a friend looking for maternity wear for herself. Found the selection and it was all nearly security tagged together, asked for some help from what looked like a child and all she said was that the tags come off at the time of purchase, when asked how my friend was suppose to try it on she stared at us for a bit before saying, there are tops that weren't tagged together that she could try on and then just walked away to talk to her other co-worker. The younger guy working the dressing rooms was helpful, but those 2 girls were useless. This was around 5:00-5:30 if you maybe want to re-train your staff. Also, security tags holding together 20 peices of clothing for your very limited maternity wear, versus the majority of your store not being tagged is a joke.
