I purchased a pair of socks for my son 10.5 - 12. I came home and they didnt fit. I went back to the store and they said it was final sale. I told them no problem, and looked for the next size up. WHEN I REALIZED that the exact same socks in the same size 10.5-12 was bigger. Confused I looked at the smaller size 8-9.5 and it was the same size as the ones I had purchased. I went to show the manager and he kept telling me its final sale Yes I understand its final sale but they failed to label the sizing correctly thats not my fault as a customer. I clearly had purchased size 8-9.5 socks by mistake which is why they did not fit my son which made sense. I wanted the size 10.5-12. He should have allowed me to exchange them. Now I had to contact customer service so they could start an investigation. The entire thing is ridiculous. I wont ever shop here again.

January 2023. Can't speak to anyone (in winnipeg locations) by phone. That online (Toll free) number won't provide any service. You're speaking to someone in asia, the phillipines or India. They're mindset is simply, "good luckyou're on your own." Anxiety, sorrow & frustration on their website." Shall I spell our new age of commerce? (shopping) HOPELESSNESS

I had a terrible online experience with h & m and the online customer service was of 0 help and could not solve my issue even though it was their fault. I went in-store, it wasnt their issue and yet they solved it with no issue and were very kind and understanding. I left poor reviews on other platforms for h & ms online service, however the manager for this store was wonderful and Ive had good experiences in store previously. It makes no sense to only leave poor reviews for the chain if certain individuals make up for it. So thank you to h & m at the outlet, you didnt have to help and you did. Merry christmas
