We were one of the first people to move in to this location, even half of the building was still under construction at that time. Since we loved the location more than anything we decided to move in. The building layout the yard and parkade everything is beautiful and there is a lot of potential for this building, except I was hugely disappointed with the somewhat misleading marketing, for a moment itll give you the impression of luxury and the incredible high prices of rent might make sense to you for a bit, but unfortunately it will all disappear once you live here for a while now of course the communal areas are still very nice and fancy just the units are a bit disappointing, often something falls apart!! Some finishings of different walls and places around the units are unprofessionally done, now thats not a big deal for me except for this particular building and the price tag they make you pay you might be disappointed to see all that, but overall the units are beautiful enough to showing it off to friends and family (and Im in love with our balcony!!) Also I can confirm the other tenants and most of the things they complained about here were valid, and some no longer exist and they were fixed so thumbs up! Overall its a decent place to live, the last management was great, shout out to Karen she was great!! And the new management is cooperative too, also will have to thank the maintenance staff the building communal areas are always clean and well maintained. Im loving it here and just think there is a lot of room for improvement in the future.

The location is very convenient: close to rapid transit, schools, grocery stores, etc. You can get anywhere relatively easy and in a timely manner. The apartment itself is decent. The only complaint I have is the placement of the kitchen cabinets and quality of materials went to building the place. Firstly, the cabinets (especially the corner ones) are awkward to access. Secondly, the contractors they hired and materials ordered were quite cheap. When we moved in, there were a lot of flaws (paint on the carpets, scuffs/indents in the trimming and wall-- even in the apartment hallways outside of the suite), the window shutters often malfunction or break off, etc.). The hand towel racks and toilet roll holders constantly break/fall off and I have to reattach them often. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. You can hear people above you, adjacent to you, and sometimes below you. If you live below someone with a dog, you can literally hear the nails of the dog tapping against the floor. So if they drop something above you, brace yourself for a heart attack. Also, just last night past mid-night, my neighbours were having a party. I could hear them chatting and the things they were doing were vibrating into my apartment bedroom. I had to ask them to tone it down because it was so bad I couldn't sleep. Contacting management is hit and miss. Sometimes they get back to you and most times they don't-- this includes emails and voicemails. Though, when I do see the management and staff in the communal areas, they are always pleasant. I do have a suggestion for Management. I find that Taxi/Uber/Doordash/SkiptheDishes need a designated area to load. Attached is a picture of where I suggest you put signage for these services to load. This will deter them from parking in reserved stalls and lessen congestion in the parking lot. I hope you consider it, as this has been an issue for quite some time.

I've lived here since it was available Everything in the other reviews was true. However, most of those issues have been fixed. The fire alarm no longer goes off unless it is supposed to. This location is actually on maps now! So mail, deliveries and ride services are worth it. There is an app to submit maintenance requests, instead of trying to get a hold of the poor overworked building manager. She's a lovely and helpful woman but Ironclad is spreading her thin by making her manage 2 buildings. She truly cares about this building and it's tenants and I think we're lucky to have her. Ironclad should value her more!! Sound proofing between suites and outside is outstanding! I often forget we live right beside a train track, and my neighbors have thrown big parties that we've barely heard. Though sound proofing from the hall and between floors kind of sucks. You can hear people talking in the hallways (which is how we knew about the parties), and you can hear footsteps clearly from above you. When checking /changing the filters in the heater / air systems they are efficient and quick. They've done this about twice a year so far. The roof top patio is beautiful! The amenities room is useful and fun! The gym is always kept clean, is stocked with sanitizer and paper towels and is never too busy! When we complain about something it gets fixed! One of the doors opened automatically when you tapped your fob and would stay open for about a minute, tenants complained it was a safety concern and it doesn't do that anymore. The whole building is kept very clean, it makes me proud to show off where I live. Tl:dr - this is a beautiful building, in an amazing area, with staff who really care about it. I'm happy to live here.
