        I've always had great service here for daily banking and the best mortgage rates around. Considering the abject depravity of Canadas corporate financial institutions, credit unions are a better option than ever. They offer all benefits (online banking, many atms, and a full complement of other services) of the big five but at a fraction of the cost in service fees. Best of all, the proceeds of credit unions are not being used to line the pockets of the already inordinately wealthy. Sick of paying hundreds in bank fees every year? Cash is an option, but joining a credit union is much better.
