Worst bank do not apply here very shady activities trying to steal exploit and scam hard working people with threats of foreclosure after a global pandemic that affected millions of people there is no help to let us get our payments back to balance instead they mishandle payments continuously dont follow up with reports and the fact bankers are constantly leaving or not around anymore and theres no follow ups to any of the promises they make is a testament to their failures if you want to save your money and save your mental health go somewhere else

I applied for a loan online three days past without any reply, I finally called and someone replied by email. She asked for some basic info assets and loan amount. Another few days go by and I get another email saying they can't help. She didn't pull a credit check or ask anything about my income. I find this place to be lazy and impersonal and lack of service. It's a hard No for any recommendation period. Read other reviews about the slow and uncaring service, wish I would have taken them more seriously
