    I have been with Casera (TCU) for 40 plus years. They have always been good to us and have offered sound financial advice. No need to look elsewhere.

    People at the bank are nice but the amount of glitches you have to deal with when using their online banking through their app or Webb is ridiculous. Half the times it's simply not working so you cannot log in and see you balance, or you make payments and they don't show they have gone through until days later then it updates from the last couple days. Very spotty and in addition to this there have been times the bank cards don't work as their "service" had crashed and they are working on fixing the connection. Imagine not being able to check your balance when your card isn't working and when you think about calling the bank to see what is going on you realize it's Saturday/ Sunday and they aren't open until Monday so your screwed. I love the people and they are awesome with interest rates but ,their online banking sucks and needs alot of attention.

    Awful experience with the Plessis Branch, Ashley specifically. I emailed the CEO the below. He emailed me back and asked I call him, which I promptly did. He advised Ashley had a different story and advised he was not interested in any customer service retraining terrible. EMAIL TO CEO: Good afternoon Mr. Thomas, My name is *** and I write to you on behalf of the ***. My title is Board President. I would like to discuss a particular incident that took place at your Plessis Winnipeg location today, at 4:10pm. As the Condo Corp is currently shifting into a self-managed module, I can confidently state our Condo Board of Directors is composed of the best and brightest. I am looking forward to our terms together. However, as mentioned, there was indeed an incident at your Plessis branch today. Ashley expected me shortly after 4pm today to gain my signature on our account set to open as our Property Manager is phased out. Your bank teller, a young woman with dark hair and a deep complexion was superbly polite and prompt with coordinating my meeting with Ashley. I would like to take this opportunity to commend this young womans kindness and respect and do hope this trickles back to her. Ashley, on the other hand, had an immediate attitude/tone to her, that suggested I was attempting to undermine her knowledge of her role. I have legally changed my name (from: ***, to: ***). This is a very new change so the updated credit cards, Manitoba Health, etc are still making their way in. As a result, I possess my old drivers license (marked up), and my new drivers license, as well as my new birth certificate and the legal name change document. It was my understanding Ashley required a photocopy of matching IDs. This, I do not have, as everything government issued is currently in the mail to me. She photocopied my new license and my old credit card. I politely brought this to her attention as I did not want this to cause any delay in the opening of our bank account. Ashley snapped at me, Is there a PROBLEM? I KNOW what Im doing. Do you think I dont know what Im doing!?. I was taken aback, and advised I recalled the requirement was matching identification, and the copy was not matching. Ashley then reminded me she knew how to do her job. Mr Thomas, I work in the trades and have for nearly a decade. Im a **confidential job title here**. I deal with a lot - and I mean a LOT.. so for this instance to require an email to you speaks volumes. Ive included below some screen captures of the Google Reviews for Casera Plessis specifically complaining about Ashley. Id appreciate you taking a moment to read them. Out of but 23 reviews, three of them are extremely specific about Ashley, which to be, indicates a trend, which is surely a red flag. *pasted the poor reviews concerning Ashley here* I am one of three Board of Directors. There are still 2 remaining Board members that will be visiting to provide their matching IDs and signatures. Its not my request, but my expectation, that our other two Board members are treated with dignity and respect by Ashley. Her behavior today was so completely, grossly unacceptable. We are dumping tens of thousands of dollars into our account at your branch, so to experience this first impression absolutely disgusts me. I would hope my formal complaint allows you to move forward with an investigation process, and strict re-training of this particular staff member. Ill look forward to your response when possible, Mr Thomas.
