Stood in line for for 15 min while teller was on the phone with a call in customer... terrible how they only have one teller all the time and she has to be in charge of both face to face aswell call in customers ... while I stand in line

I put over $400 cash into the ATM this morning. The machine took the envelope with my money and then told me that they could not process my transaction. I called multiple times and talked to people from there. Each phone call I was assured that someone would call me back to give me updates and/or rectify this situation. I only got one call back advising that Denise would call me. She never did. Where is my money?
