They're caring, courteous, and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. My kids needed a lot of work done and they helped us come up with the best solution and I feel extremely satisfied with the results.... And they were so caring with the kids. Thank you Vista Dental. We have officially switched Dentists!!!

Brought my 7 yr old daughter to this dentist and was the worst place to take a child, for starters they asked her right at the start not to scream or cry "because other kids or people getting work done will make fun of you or you will scare them away from wanting work done"... then they sit her in the chair.... and proceed to use adult tools on a small child. At this point she is squirming around due to the tools and lack of professionalism required to deal with a child. Get to the xray part for them to agai use adult tools and take a picture unledgable to anyone nvm a radiologist speciliazed in reading it... to diagnose the obvious. Then... the write prescription for antibiotics without knowing her weight or height (so clearly it isnt written correctly). Made us wait in waiting room to write this prescription took over 45mins without anyone else even being in the office to be seen. Drop prescription off only for 1hr later them to call us back saying the dentist actually didnt write the dosage (we contact the dentist for receptionist to say the dentist messed up and didnt write it in any proper information and asked who wrote this ) dentist contacts them to get it filled properly (WITH NO PLAN FOR AFTER TREATMENT). Take her to family dr for him to say our daughter needs surgery to remove this tooth and it is very concerning. Recommended hospital for them to say earliest for emergency surgery on tooth is october and to paitently wait. Well we called all dentists in the city and the 1 place that got her in is hands down the best place in the city to take your child! If you want terrible service, or a back yard dentist then this is the place for you. Dont ever take a child to this place! *p.s. the place that is the best for children and will give your child an experience to remember and not hate is Children's Dental World! Best place in the city! They actually treat emergency children unlike our hospital service and other places claiming to help children. (Also want to add my child ended up sitting very nicely and well behaved for them at no point did she make it "difficult" like vista dental claimed).
