Oral Surgery Group of Winnipeg

I recently had to have 2 teeth extracted and it was 4 days after my mother passed away. I was grieving lots that particular day and was having lots of pain as well (teeth needed to come out). Dr Canosa and staff were extremely patient and extremely kind staying longer work in order for my procedure to be done.. I was extremely grateful for all their kindness and patience towards me even before they knew of my Moms passing. I highly recommend Dr Canosa and his team for any of your surgical needs. The healing went extremely well I might add! Thank you again for your kindness towards me, it was greatly appreciated

I had some complication with an extraction - very painful dry socket. They brought me in several time to help treat the site and manage the pain. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Guan is not very skilled, very unprofessional and doesn't care. He cut through my saliva gland and it has caused an unbelievable amount of problems that I've been suffering with for a few years now despite several visits to another specialist. I can't believe a certified professional would make such a poor judgement and do such a terrible job. His license should be taken away. I also had my wisdom teeth removed and he ended up cutting my lip which left a permanent scar. His team isn't very careful and they don't care either. Please find someone better so you don't suffer what I experienced.

It wasnt a good experience Anyways after plenty of phone calls and eventually their manager contacted with me and its taken rare of hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. Please make sure all the stuff, including the receptionist, doctors and their assistants will provide the correct information!

Unprofessional, rude and Inconsiderate. Seem like they couldn't care less for the patient and can't wait to hurry you through the process.
