        Horrible experience with this guy, very old fashioned and rude. Postponed my implants for years with no updates or contact at all. I had to call his office several times to get an update on what was going on. I'm glad he's retiring so no one has to deal with him.

        Dr. McFadden botched my jaw surgery and orchestrated a MASSIVE cover-up, using the depraved Manitoba Dental Association as his pawn. Dr. McFadden is a overrated hack. A money hungry megalomaniac vindictive sociopath. He was physically violet at my Surgical Follow-up appointment. I guess he realized back then how badly he screwed up and how much work it would be to coerce and manipulate his way out of it. Poor guy, all that lost time.

        Spoke rudely to me right before surgery. His anesthesiologists left scars on my hands. Used latex-gloves even though I informed him an hour before the surgery that I am allergic. Good results on the jaw surgery though.
