        I liked how I could see the rpms and wattage output. It helped me control my resistance and compare my times with others who chose to show their information on screen. The bikes are new and comfortable, the instructor was enthusiastic and got us going. As someone who loves spin, I will be back.

        Attended the 6:15 class today. The instructor could not keep up and was therefore unfit to lead the class. Music was slow and we started class with a healthy dose of the instructors political opinions. I did not sign up to hear white middle aged women complain about why they dont have advantages in society. I came to work out and take my mind off.
